Solve the Common EQC Issue – Save Time, Money & Headaches!
If you own an MB EQC, you're likely aware of a very common and frustrating issue: leaking seals and worn rotor bearings in the drive unit.
This leads to leaks, increased drivetrain noise, and in some cases, full motor failure if not addressed early.
Instead of spending thousands at the dealer or waiting weeks for diagnostics and parts, you can take control by replacing the coolant seal yourself.
IMPORTANT TIP for Optimal Performance of Mechanical Seals
1. Lubricate Seal Faces
Before operation, ensure that both faces of the mechanical seal are properly lubricated with coolant or technical-grade glycerine.
2. Purge Air from the Cooling System
Completely remove air from the cooling system using computer-assisted or vacuum methods. Air pockets near mechanical seals can cause premature damage!
